The Bulgarian Brute may finally be nearing a return to WWE TV soon. For now, he is scheduled to be in the ring for house shows.
Rusev is being advertised for SmackDown live events this weekend.
He is advertised in a Triple Threat with Mojo Rawley and WWE United States Champion Kevin Owens at Sunday’s live event in Everett, Washington. He is also scheduled for a Triple Threat with Owens and Shinsuke Nakamura at Monday’s live event in Bakersfield, CA.
He is also mentioned for Saturday’s live event in Vancouver and Tuesday’s TV taping in San Diego. There is no definitive word yet on if he will be appearing on TV.
Rusev has not appeared on SmackDown since coming over from Raw in the Superstar Shakeup. He’s been off the WWE circuit since March due to a shoulder surgery.
