— The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Rusev has been taken off of TV due to a “contract dispute” which is also why his storyline with Bobby Lashley and Lana seemed to stop abruptly with Rusev not even getting his “revenge.” If the contract situation is worked out, the speculation is that WWE will work towards a blow-off match that would tie up the loose ends of the program.
— Bobby Lashley is expected to remain a heel and aligned with Lana, according to the Observer Newsletter. The reason she wasn’t in his corner this past Monday on Raw is because the plan was for the AOP to attack him and having her there didn’t really make sense.
