Daniel Bryan to take six weeks paternity leave and then…

Daniel Bryan will be taking six weeks of paternity leave when his wife Brie gives birth. Brie is expected to give birth to their second child sometime in August.
On the latest episode of the Bella Twins podcast, Bryan said that there are not a lot of companies in the United States who would do that and put over WWE for allowing him to be with his newborn for a month and a half.
Bryan also said that once his current WWE contract expires, he will be done as a full-time professional wrestler. His deal will run out “shortly” after he is back from the six-week paternity leave. The former WWE champion and leader of the Yes! movement added that while he still expects to wrestle, he will be more a father than a wrestler once baby number two comes around.
Bryan did not indicate if he would be re-signing with WWE or looking for a different opportunity elsewhere.Click Here: Gremio soccer tracksuit

WWE WrestleMania 36 Card Updated

WWE has an updated card for WrestleMania 36 following this week’s episode of Raw. You can see the updated card below, which includes the new stipulation of a Bone Yard Match for AJ Styles vs. The Undertaker. You can see the updated card below.
It is worth noting that all of the matches are now listed as Saturday, April 4th and not Sunday, April 5th. The matches were listed last week as split between Saturday and Sunday. It’s possible that there was simply a delay of some kind in changing the date on all the matches to Saturday to better represent what day the show as a whole starts on.
Additionally, as of now Edge vs. Randy Orton, Elias vs. King Corbin, and the Smackdown Tag Team Championship match are not listed on the official WWE.com card. However, those matches have both been confirmed on screen. Orton accepted the match with Edge to close out Raw, so the official card just likely needs to be updated. Elias vs. King Corbin has not been made “official” but was set up by Rob Gronkowski on Smackdown. As for the Smackdown Tag Match, the competitor is contingent on who wins the #1 contender’s match on Smackdown.
The show takes place on April 4th and April 5th from multiple locations including the WWE Performance Center, and airs live on WWE Network.
* WWE Championship Match: Drew McIntyre vs. Brock Lesnar
* WWE Universal Championship Match: Roman Reigns vs. Bill Goldberg
* NXT Women’s Championship Match: Charlotte Flair vs. Rhea Ripley
* RAW Women’s Championship Match: Shayna Baszler vs. Becky Lynch
* Smackdown Women’s Championship Match: Bayley vs. Sasha Banks vs. Lacey Evans vs. Tamina vs. Naomi
* Bone Yard Match: The Undertaker vs. AJ Styles
* Smackdown Tag Team Championship Match: The Miz & John Morrison vs. Either New Day or The Usos
* Raw Tag Team Championship Match: The Street Profits vs. Andrade & Angel Garza
* Last Man Standing Match: Randy Orton vs. Edge
* John Cena vs. “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt
* Aleister Black vs. Bobby Lashley
* Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins

WWE’s attempt to sell PPV rights to ESPN not happening?

As previously reported, WWE CEO and Chairman Vince McMahon made a deal where he made a variable prepaid sale that covers about 3.5 million shares of Class B common stock in WWE. Deadline.com released its own article and analysis of McMahon selling about 15% of his WWE stock for the contract, which also has comments from Alan Gould of Loop Capital from an investor call yesterday (March 25).
Previously, there were reports of McMahon was looking to sell pay-per-view events to a major streaming service. Gould believes due to this recent deal McMahon made on his stock shares, such a deal for WWE events and content is not coming anytime soon.
Gould stated on McMahon’s stock deal: “WWE last year had promised a transformative deal, presumably selling the WWE Network to a large streaming company. The expectation was that if a deal were struck, it would occur in the first quarter, prior to Wrestlemania 36, which starts April 4. We do not believe Mr. McMahon would be entering a prepaid forward contract on 15% of his shares – about 3.5 million of them – in front of such an announcement.”
As noted, McMahon’s deal on his stock shares agrees that they will be sold in March 2024. However, the cash flow to McMahon, valued at $80 million, will be given now. McMahon will not have to turn over the stocks or pay taxes on the sale until that period in four years.
Alan Gould did state that WWE is still financially strong, and while WWE is currently taking a hit from the coronavirus shutdowns, he believes the company will bounce back from its current financial struggles. He added, “Wrestlemania will not be the same spectacle it typically is out of the Orlando Performance Center as opposed to Tampa Stadium in front of 70,000+ live fans.”
WWE stock is currently valued at $34.91 per share as of now.Click Here: great britain lions rugby jersey

Alexander Hammerstone Offers to Wrestle Iron Man Match for COVID-19 Relief

MLW star Hammerstone took to Twitter today to talk about the company pre-taping a number of their events before the COVID-19 Coronavirus really took hold and essentially shut down a large part of the world.
Hammerstone wrote: “So @MLW is a taped show and we were lucky to get ahead a couple of quality weeks of television before the current situation with corona. But if for some reason this lasts so long that we run out of episodes, I volunteer to do a 1 hour iron man match with one healthy MLW wrestler”

Dortmund’s Bartra has operation on broken bone after being hit by blast debris

Updated 08.30

GOALKEEPER ROMAN BURKI has said his Borussia Dortmund team-mate Marc Bartra was hit by flying glass after explosions rocked the team bus forcing Tuesday’s Champions League game against Monaco to be called off.

The 26-year-old Bartra injured his hand and was taken to hospital for treatment after three explosions hit the bus en route to the stadium for the quarter-final first leg match.

A statement from the club says the defender underwent an operation last night “after breaking the radial bone in his arm and getting bits of debris lodged in his hand”.

Captain Marcel Schmelzer said: ”We’re all in shock and our thoughts are with Marc. We hope that he will make a speedy recovery.”

The game has been rescheduled for 5.45pm on Wednesday.

“The bus turned into the main road, when there was a huge noise, a big explosion,” Dortmund’s goalkeeper Roman Burki told Swiss media.

Burki said Bartra was “hit by splinters of broken glass”.

The explosions came shortly after 1900 local time on Wittbraeucker Strasse, around ten kilometres from the Dortmund stadium Signal Iduna Park.

According to police, three explosive devices were detonated near the team bus while it was en route. Several of the vehicles’ window panes were broken.
