When it comes to fashion, Gigi Hadid can do no wrong. Case in point: The catwalk regular was spotted in between New York Fashion Week shows on Wednesday walking the streets of Manhattan in a gorgeous ’60s-inspired ensemble.
Hadid, 21, paired yellow, blue and white woven shorts with a sleeveless cotton V-neck tied at her navel to reveal a glimpse of her toned abs, while a blue camo-print Louis Vuitton jacket hung loosely from her arms in case of rain. The supermodel accessorized with a cream leather Max Mara purse and a pair of beige lace-up stiletto booties. Blue cat-eye Max Mara shades and a bouffant ponytail gave the ensemble a decidedly retro look.
The young model recently teamed up with Tommy Hilfiger on his carnival-themed NYFW spectacle that showcased their joint collection. Hilfiger recently told InStyle that it’s Hadid’s off-duty street style that made their collaboration a no-brainer. “I knew what she wore off stage and I love the fact that she likes rock-n-roll T-shirts and skinny jeans and cool boots,” he explained. “And I like that sort of mix of what she wears, which is really inspired by where she’s from, Southern California. I love that vibe and that look.”
