It looks like WWE has let go a significant non-wrestling employee of the company this week.
Dave Meltzer noted via the latest episode of his Wrestling Observer Radio show at F4WOnline.com that WWE has released Tom Casiello this week.
Casiello was the managing lead writer for WWE. His job included overseeing both the RAW and SmackDown LIVE writing teams. He was said to be a big proponent of the evolving women’s wrestling division as of late.
