Tuesday night’s episode of NXT averaged 698,000 viewers on the USA Network, essentially the same number as the last two weeks where the show averaged 700,000 and 697,000 viewers respectively.

This week’s NXT was headlined by NXT Champion Karrion Kross defending his title against Finn Balor in a rematch from TakeOver: Stand & Deliver. The episode drew a 0.13 rating in the 18-49 demo, down 13.3 percent from last week. It’s expected that going against the NBA playoffs took a bite out of what NXT would have drawn otherwise.

Compared to its 10-week average prior to moving to Tuesdays, NXT’s viewership was up 4.3 percent. NXT’s 10-week average in the 18-49 demo prior to the move was a 0.17, so this week’s demo rating was down 23.5 percent from that.

Year-over-year, NXT was down 4.5 percent in viewership despite the fact that the show aired on Wednesday opposite AEW Dynamite at this time last year. Even worse, the 18-49 demo rating was down 31.6 percent year-over-year.
