No Mercy saw a number of great matches with fantastic outcomes, but perhaps the most shocking result was Enzo Amore managing to knock off Neville as the Cruiserweight Champion. Believe it or not, it does not seem like the stars of 205 Live are too enamored with the idea of Enzo Amore as champion of the brand. Inaugural champion TJP even tried to get “#SaveUsTJP” trending not too long after Enzo’s big win. Enzo Amore has received a ton of criticism as of late over his backstage attitude, with some rumors being confirmed by The Miz during a promo on Raw a few weeks ago. Check out what the cruiserweights had to say down below.

A scary moment came during last night’s No Mercy pay-per-view, and it involved Raw Superstar Cesaro. Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins defended their Raw Tag Team Championships during the show against Sheamus and Cesaro, and Cesaro managed to lose his two front teeth during the match. WWE uploaded footage after the match showing Cesaro receiving stitches before heading off for emergency dental surgery. Superstars such as Matt Hardy and Natalya, as well as several fans, have commended Cesaro for being such a professional during the match. No word on Cesaro’s status for Raw, but he is definitely in town for the show.
Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan has been involved in the wrestling industry for a while now. He founded Resistance Pro Wrestling in Illinois before leaving in 2014. He worked in Impact Wrestling (before Anthem took over) for a while before he filed a lawsuit against the company. It was reported earlier this year that his next venture will see him own and operate NWA. PWInsider now reports that Corgan’s ownership officially begins on October 1st of this year. There are still no reports of any plans that Corgan has, but he is absolutely confirmed to be taking ownership with former TNA writer Dave Lagana very soon.

Last Night’s Raw started with Seth Rollins taking on The Monster Among Men Braun Strowman. After the match, Braun Strowman brutally attacked Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose who came to the aid of his tag team partner Seth Rollins. After Braun Strowman left ringside, Sheamus and Cesaro made their way down to the ring and brutally assaulted The Raw Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose.
Later in the evening, Roman Reigns took on The Miz for The Intercontinental Title. The match ended with Sheamus and Cesaro attacking Roman Reigns from behind and teaming up with The Miz to extract more punishment to Roman Reigns. During the beat down, The Miz, Cesaro and Sheamus used The Shield’s patented Triple Powerbomb to lay out Roman Reigns and then used the iconic Shield fist bump after beating him down on Raw last night.
It was then announced that next week on Raw The Miz has invited Sheamus & Cesaro as guests on his most must-see show on WWE History MizTV.
To cap of Monday Night Raw as part of the closing segment for the show, we saw Roman Reigns and The Raw Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose come together for a reunion of The Shield after receiving a hellacious beat down at the hands of Braun Strowman, The Miz and The Miztourage and Sheamus and Cesaro earlier on Raw.
It is likely that The Shield will interrupt MizTV next week on Raw. As mentioned earlier, Cesaro and Sheamus brutally assaulted Ambrose and Rollins earlier on Raw. If a match is to take place, it could be announced on MizTV. The events that could possibly take place on MizTV could set up a possible six-man tag team main event for WWE TLC.
The six-man tag team match has not been confirmed yet and it has not been made official. It is also unclear at the moment which three superstars will take on Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose. But based on the events that happened from the start of Raw until Raw went off air, it seems like the match will see Reigns, Rollins and Ambrose take on The Miz, Sheamus and Cesaro.
It will be very interesting what will happen next week on Raw and how the storyline will develop with MizTV taking place and all six superstars being on the show at the same place and at the same time.
Below are the pictures and videos from the events that took place throughout Monday Night Raw between Reigns, Rollins, Ambrose, The Miz and The Miztourage, Sheamus, Cesaro and Strowman:

WWE Talking Smack Hell in a Cell Post Show featured the recap of all the big matches from The Hell in a Cell PPV and the interviews from New WWE United States Champion Baron Corbin, Former WWE United States Champion AJ Styles and New WWE SmackDown Live Tag Team Champions The Usos. WWE Talking Smack was hosted by Renee Young and Peter Rosenberg.
– Renee Young and Peter Rosenberg welcomed us to the show and shared the same shock and awe as everyone else did after the main event. They talked about the actions of Sami Zayn, who pulled Kevin Owens away from the cell dive of Shane McMahon. They also talked about the family issues at hand and pointed out what Vince and Stephanie must be thinking after what transpired in the main event.
– As Renee Young ran down the guest list, The New WWE United States Champion Baron Corbin barges in with his new belt in tow. He said that no matter how it happened, he still won and it wouldn’t have mattered if he pinned Styles or Dillinger, the result would have been the same with or without the triple threat stipulation. Corbin said that it feels good to be able to wear the title around his waist. Corbin then blames John Cena for all the chants he has been getting lately and some of his recent treatment and says that he will get his chance at him again one day. When asked where he goes from here, Corbin said that he is sure Styles will probably want his rematch and Dillinger will somehow think he deserves another shot. Corbin then talked about the keyboard warriors who give him a hard time on social media and this is his “I told you so” to them and the locker room. Corbin said that he doesn’t respect anyone backstage and for everyone to get in line to take his title.
– Renee Young then said that we should be on the lookout for injury updates on Shane McMahon and Kevin Owens. Young and Rosenberg then gave Corbin slight kudos for the win, even though he took advantage of an open opportunity.
– The Usos joined the show next. They asked the whereabouts of Daniel Bryan. Rosenberg might have put Renee in trouble with The Usos by saying that he picked them to win and Young picked The New Day. Rosenberg pointed out that the cell resembles a “penitentiary.” They recapped the highlights of the match then they told stories of home with the famed Rikishi. The Usos then gave The New Day props for the match. The Usos then emulated The Hall of Famer Booker T by saying the “five time” chant. Rosenberg then pointed out how proud The Usos should be of their latest run. The Usos then said that they haven’t changed, but the people have been sleeping on them. The Usos pointed out that they have been in WWE a long time. They do an impression to point out what the people may have thought about them. They head out in celebration.
– A beaten and saddened AJ Styles joins the show. Styles said that Corbin’s tactics wouldn’t have worked if Dillinger wasn’t in the match. Styles said that he had Dillinger in position, then Corbin stole the win. He then said that he thinks Dillinger deserved the match, but hated that it happened tonight. Styles said that he wanted to teach Corbin a lesson, one-on-one. Styles said that he put over the entire show and roster and he called this one of the better PPV’s in WWE. Styles said that he wants to invoke his rematch clause as soon as possible. Young and Rosenberg turn the conversation to what transpired between Owens, Zayn and McMahon. Styles said that he would have been fine with Owens squashing Shane on the table, but wondered why Zayn did what he did. Styles said that there is always a motive to one’s actions, but he is confused by Sami’s actions. He then backpedals a bit and says that he would support Shane to take on Sami and Owens if he needs a bit of help. Styles finishes up by saying that he may look for his rematch this Tuesday on SmackDown Live and then go after the WWE Championship to have a title for each shoulder.
– Styles then heads out and Young and Rosenberg tells us goodnight to end the show.

Plenty of fans have been begging for John Cena to turn heel for years now, but WWE has never pulled the trigger on a heel turn. Believe it or not, Vince McMahon did apparently consider turning WWE’s top babyface to the dark side at one point. Former WWE writer Kevin Eck recently appeared on The Wade Keller Pro Wrestling Podcast and revealed that Vince was planning on having Cena feud against Sheamus as a heel several years back. However, Cena landed a merchandising deal with Kmart, and because of this, the heel turn never came to fruition. Even with Cena’s part time schedule nowadays, it seems like a heel turn may never come.
Raw Superstar Big Cass received a solid push earlier this year after he turned on his former tag team partner Enzo Amore. He went on to defeat Enzo and The Big Show multiple times before an injury forced him to take a break from the ring. Cass appeared on Booker T’s Heated Conversations podcast and provided an update on the status of his injury. Cass said, “I’m doing good. Just in the process of recovering right now from an ACL injury. Kind of just have a lot of time to myself but I’m doing really good and I’m on schedule to come back when the doctor’s think I’ll be back. So, I’m just rehabbing every day and trying to get back as soon as possible.” Big Cass has been out since August due to an ACL tear that he suffered on Raw. He is expected to return within 9 months, which would mean that he should be back in the ring by 2018.
Jimmy Jacobs was controversially released from his position as a writer for WWE a few weeks ago. Jacobs’ release was said to be due to a multitude of reasons, but after he posed for a photo with the Bullet Club during their ‘invasion’ of Raw from a few months ago, that was supposedly when the company decided to let him go. Jimmy Jacobs recently commented on his WWE departure on social media and he let fans know that he does not hold anything against WWE and he thanked the company for giving him the chance to write for them for over two years. He also revealed that he intends to begin performing on the independent circuit once more.
For the record, I have zero bitter feelings towards WWE. I had a great two and a half years there. But now I’m very excited to perform again

Norway is set to become the first Nordic country to ban fur industries, as it plans to close all fox and mink farms by 2025.
The pledge was made by Norway’s Conservative Prime Minister, Erna Solberg, after partners in the country’s new three-part coalition government discussed the terms of their collaboration last week.
Norway’s Liberal Party, which is the new and smallest party in the coalition, has been credited for pushing the initiative. Norway is now the 14th European country to phase out fur farming.
The move was welcomed by animal protection charities. “This is a fantastic victory for the fight to stop the fur industry in Europe,” said Thorbjørn Schiønning, the campaigns manager for Anima.
The decision follows a long standing debate over the issue in Norway which has attracted Europe’s largest organised anti-fur protests in recent years, with some 9,000 people from more than 30 towns joining last year’s demonstrations.
The present-day industry has shrunk significantly, with fur farming employing some 400 people across 200 farms.
Jon Georg Dal, the minister of agriculture of the populist Progress Party, is acknowledged the impact of the decision on farmers in the industry, but said the government would take steps to mitigate the fallout from the decision.
He said: "My job will now be to implement this in a way that ensures fur farms receive sufficient compensation in the phasing-out period."
Although fur farming was banned in the UK in 2000, the campaigning charity Animal Defenders International, suggests that the UK continues to import and export large amounts of fur taken from foreign sources.
There seems to be a change of looks for a few in the WWE.
First, Kalisto tweeted a new look for the WWE Cruiserweight Title. He is shown holding the title that is of the same construction but now features a black strap instead of the purple one.

It seems the WWE might be pulling away from the purple color identified with the cruiserweights since the division was incepted last year. Some have noticed that they’ve experimented with not using the purple tape on the ropes anymore in the last few weeks, but just as quickly went back to them. With views of the 205 Live!
Speaking of makeovers, Kofi Kingston may have also decided for a new look. He sent out a picture of Instagram that hints at a whole different hairstyle for the member of The New Day.
Got bored last night. Should’ve just gone to sleep …????????????????

News 18 recently interviewed WWE Executive and part-time in-ring talent Paul “Triple H” during his recent trip to India. Below are the highlights from the interview:
On how he would describe Jinder Mahal’s reign as WWE Champion from the point of view of a wrestler and a businessman: “Jinder has been champion for 3 months here I think you know there’s different ways to look at it. If I’m going to answer that from a wrestler’s point or a WWE superstar standpoint, sometimes people are looking at Jinder and saying maybe he doesn’t deserve the championship, it’s too early for him. They fail to see that Jinder was here before and yes he did not succeed the first time he was here and he went away and he left but they don’t see the hard work they don’t see the dedication he’s put in he has worked really hard and if I can say one thing from my point of view, Jinder has earned my respect. As not only a WWE superstar but as a champion I think the jury is out.
“I think it takes time to establish yourself as a champion you know superstars like Stone Cold Steve Austin or Myself or The Rock or John Cena weren’t built overnight. They take time. It takes time to earn the respect of a fan base and I think that’s what Jinder will do if he continues to put on the performance he does. He will continue to earn their respect over time. If he doesn’t then he clearly won’t be champion for long.”
On The Great Khali making his WWE return at the WWE Battleground pay-per-view earlier this year: “Great Khali is a legend in the industry and he is always welcome to the WWE and we look forward to appearances by him in the future if that is something he wants to do. I know right now he is here in India and he is enjoying and kind of helping to train the next generation of superstars as well and being very successful at that. But you know, Great Khali is always going to be a legendary figure to the WWE and that means he is welcome at any time he wants to.”
