2/14/20 WWE Smackdown Viewership

Friday Night Smackdown on FOX pulled in 2,481,000 viewers yesterday off hours 2,521,000 and 2,442,000. That is down 66,000 viewers from the previous week. Smackdown did a 0.7 in the 18-49, sharing the #1 spot with the CBS shows. In terms of viewers, this week Smackdown beat The CW and the first hour of 20/20 on ABC.

Cody says he’s confident Dynamite would do well on Monday nights

Speaking during an interview with 11Alive’s Ric Garni in anticipation of AEW’s debut in Atlanta, Cody and Brandi Rhodes discussed the rise of All Elite Wrestling, how committed they are to the promotion, how they analyze data of viewership every week and more.
Asked where do they see the company in five years time and where it can be, Cody responded, “I’m going to say something controversial and I don’t mean it to be, but this always happens any time I’m interviewed for an extended period of time. I would like the company in five years to be on a different night and competing in the same fashion they are…not that I don’t love Wednesday nights…but I can tell we have real players and I look at this data like…we’re not lying about the revolution anymore. It’s very supported. So I would love to see how it does on another night.”
Before he gave his answer, his wife urged him to “think about it” before he answered but Cody went ahead and basically suggested they could take on WWE’s Monday Night Raw.
“A particular night you prefer or just one of the two with other major competition on?” the host asked.
“I mean honestly in five years, who knows. But I can tell you this if we had a random storm situation or just something would just pop up and we’re going to have Dynamite on Monday night if that was to happen in the current threshold right now, I’d still be very confident in what we can do and I’d be confident that our guys would be up for the challenge,” Cody answered.

AEW Makes Offer to Jeff Cobb

AEW reportedly has made an official contract offer to Jeff Cobb as of early this week to sign him to an somewhat exclusive deal. Somewhat because Cobb wants to keep working with NJPW which was not an issue for Chris Jericho or Jon Moxley who both are signed to AEW also. 
Cobb currently has a few dates on a short term deal with AEW as confirmed by Cody Rhodes during the media call earlier this week. Cody has been the one high on Cobb since he became available and has been working to secure him in the AEW fold.Click Here: Club América soccer tracksuit

DARBY ALLIN VS. SAMMY GUEVARA CONFIRMED FOR AEW REVOLUTION
Matches already announced for the show include Chris Jericho defending the AEW World title against Jon Moxley, MJF vs. Cody, Jake Hager vs. Dustin Rhodes, and Kenny Omega and Hangman Page vs. The Young Bucks for the AEW World Tag Team titles.
Revolution will take place this Saturday, February 29 at the Wintrust Arena in Chicago, Illinois.

He’s been Cactus Jack, Mankind and even Saint Mick … but pro wrestling legend Mick Foley says his favorite WWE alter ego isn’t any of those guys — it’s someone way more corporate!
“I’m gonna go with ‘Corporate Dude Love,” Foley tells TMZ Sports … “Where I got to dance with Mr. McMahon!” That’s the first time I’ve ever given that answer!”
Don’t get it twisted … Foley says he LOVED being Mankind — especially when he teamed up with a “little known entity named Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.”
“We did some great things together,” Foley says.
