Brock Lesnar’s Post-SummerSlam WWE Raw Status Revealed

The Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY which will play host to four huge nights of WWE action next month during SummerSlam weekend, has officially announced that the “Beast Incarnate” Brock Lesnar will be appearing on the August 20th edition of WWE Raw.

As noted, Lesnar is expected to defend his WWE Universal Championship at SummerSlam in his final contractually obligated performance, and will be on the show the following night to either set up a new angle, or to write him out of the company for the foreseeable future.

WWE is currently in the midst of a story where they are painting Brock as the villain who refuses to return to Raw, is holding the championship hostage, and is ready to leave the fans high and dry to return to the UFC. Raw General Manager Kurt Angle issued an ultimatum that he either show up on tonight’s show, agree to terms on his next title defense, or that he would be stripped of the belt completely.
