— According to the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE writers had at least one day this past week where they worked until 3 in the morning with Vince as they put together the storylines related to the Fastlane PPV, which takes place this coming Sunday.
— The story goes on to state that everything with the writing team runs on Vince’s schedule so even if they have a 6pm start time for a meeting, if Vince isn’t ready until hours later, everyone simply waits around for him to finish whatever it is that he is doing. There have been times when McMahon puts the meeting with his writers off until very late in the evening, which causes the whole thing to start late and run into the early morning hours as it did this past week.
