Cody Rhodes Claims He Is Not Returning To WWE And Wants To Put On ALL IN 2

Being The Elite member, Cody Rhodes has made some interesting comments regarding his future following a match on the Chris Jericho Cruise.

Following his match against Delirious on the boat, Cody took the microphone to address the fans onboard and according to a report by WrestlingInc.com, he told the cruise that he has no plans of signing with WWE.

Rhodes went on to add that he knows fans want him to be a surprise entrance at the Royal Rumble in January, but that isn’t happening and instead he promised the crowd he will do everything in his power to bring everyone an ALL IN 2 event, something that a huge portion of wrestling fans would love to see.

It is worth noting that Brandi was pleading with him to not say anything out loud, but Cody thought that with no internet on the boat it wouldn’t be an issue. Of course, this has to be taken with a pinch of salt, as Cody isn’t going to reveal that he will be returning to WWE if that is indeed his plan and this could have all been done for a scene on Being The Elite.

Cody did also recently tweet that he is not going to be part of the ROH/New Japan show at Madison Square Gardens, leading many fans to speculate he will be at WWE by that point. However, it certainly does add more speculation into what the future will be for the group as we edge ever closer to their contracts expiring.
