Why Delhiites Are So Angry? Man Shot In The Eye For Complaining About Scratch On Scooter

Growing intolerance and impulsive behaviour combined with illegal ownership of guns are leading to more crimes in the national capital of India, New Delhi. In a recent tragedy, a man was shot in the eye during to an argument over a few scratches on a scooty, reported TOI.

The incident took place in North West Delhi’s Pitampura area at around 8 pm on Thursday. The victim Pankaj, who runs a small business by running air conditioner shops just came back from hisoffice that night.

In the BP Block in JJ cluster of the area, Pankaj and his father were standing outside their home. Their scooty was parked in the lane. The accused persons, Varun and Suraj Reddy who live in the neighbourhood were passing by on their two-wheeler when it brushed past Pankaj’s scooty.
